The CanHave Team has the relevant experience and expertise to deliver  high quality services and associated programmes to small businesses. Having themselves overcome many of the challenges and frustrations that business owners face, the CanHave Team is passionate about helping small businesses to grow and develop.

The two directors of CanHave, Martin Firman and Neal Parkinson, believe that the best way to help small businesses is to understand their individual needs and to provide support on a personal basis at the time it is actually needed. The CanHave Team:

Martin Firman (Managing Director) has 40 years’ experience in the public and private sectors. For 16 years Martin operated a highly successful cost management consultancy. He has supported and mentored many businesses, is an enthusiastic and effective business networker and a respected public speaker. In 2008 Martin established CanHave Limited and in 2009 was a nominated finalist in the Entrepreneur category of the Pride of Herefordshire Awards.

Neal Parkinson (Development Director) has over 30 years of business and management experience in both the private and public sectors. He is a Chartered Engineer, professional trainer, qualified coach and was joint owner director of a successful multi-million pound family business in Manchester. For the last 6 years Neal has successfully operated his own coaching and consultancy business specialising in supporting small businesses in Gloucestershire.
