In line with the Canhave ethos of delivering what the client needs when they actually need it, our initial work with the client is designed to identify the single biggest and most painful issue faced by the business at that time, and the subsequent delivery of a cost-effective and focussed solution.

This is achieved by the use of our specifically designed Canhave Diagnostic Tool which is used during a telephone interview with the appropriate individual from within the client's business. The process normally takes just 30 minutes to complete and allows us to draw up a proposal for the client’s consideration.

From here we are able to deploy the most appropriate individual(s) to meet with the client, present the proposal and, if accepted, deliver the work/support required to achieve an effective and timely solution.

We attack just one issue at a time to ensure a clear focus on both resource and resolution, which means that the vast majority of projects involve just 1 to 3 days consultancy support. This in turn means that the client can quickly enjoy the benefits of our work for a very modest and controllable price..

We are sometimes asked to return in order to deal with a second issue that our diagnostic tool may have identified, at a time when budgets and other resources allow.  

Our daily charging rate is fixed at a very competitive and cost effective level.
